This booklet is one of two hand-ins for the "Greenwashing" module of my BA studies. It contains text and pictures documenting the process of creating the other hand-in: A short video problematizing smartphone production.
The video shows various symbols, one after another, all painted with a blue pen on paper, cut out and connected to each other with a metal wire. A narrator is giving context, criticising, asking questions and finally demanding supply chain transparency.
In addition to text and process pictures, the booklet features enlarged photos of the symbols wrapped in metal wire. These photos are loosely cut out and glued onto most of the pages, but in a way that they can be flipped to the side. The booklet itself is then bound with the same type of wire from the photos.
